Privacy Policy

GrowthLine Catalog Doctor reads Shopify product catalogue data needed for catalogue scanning, such as product titles, handles, variants, SKUs, barcodes, prices, images, inventory-related fields, product status, and collection membership.

GrowthLine Catalog Doctor stores shop records, scan summaries, normalized scan snapshots, issue results, health scores, scan history, usage counters, export metadata, and generated report metadata so merchants can review catalogue quality over time.

GrowthLine Catalog Doctor stores draft repair-session data, including suggestion status, merchant answers, checklist-only choices, accepted values, rejected values, and Shopify-ready CSV export metadata. These draft repair sessions do not directly update Shopify products.

GrowthLine Catalog Doctor lets merchants configure their own AI provider settings for AI-assisted fixes. If a merchant saves a provider API key, the key is encrypted before storage and can be deleted by the merchant. Provider, model, reasoning or effort setting, and AI usage metadata may be stored to support the merchant-initiated repair workflow.

When a merchant starts or continues AI-assisted fixes, the app may send bounded catalogue issue context, merchant answers, repair instructions, and existing suggestion state to the merchant-selected AI provider. GrowthLine does not provide bundled AI credits and does not use saved keys for background jobs, training, or unrelated requests.

GrowthLine Catalog Doctor stores feedback messages submitted through the Feedback page and uses Shopify-managed billing and usage data to enforce plan limits and show subscription status.

GrowthLine Catalog Doctor data is stored in GrowthLine's production application database and related hosting services. Merchants can request data deletion by uninstalling the app where Shopify privacy webhooks apply, or by contacting growthline.software@gmail.com.

GrowthLine Catalog Doctor does not directly update Shopify products in v1. Merchants review reports, suggestions, and CSVs before applying any changes in Shopify or other systems.

GrowthLine Catalog Doctor does not request customer or order scopes for v1 catalogue scanning.
